Ernest Hill Wines Joins The Curated Sip at MAC yapang

Recently, Ernest Hill Wines had the pleasure of participating in The Curated Sip at MAC yapang (Museum of Art and Culture yapang) in Lake Macquarie as part of the Lake Macquarie Dobell Festival.

This unique after-hours event brought together art, wine, and local flavours in a truly memorable setting. Held within the gallery space itself, guests enjoyed a guided tasting of Ernest Hill Wines while surrounded by inspiring artworks and exhibitions.

Led by Ernest Hill owner Ross Wilson, the tasting showcased a selection of our boutique Hunter Valley wines, with each wine thoughtfully paired with delicious bite-sized food offerings. Throughout the afternoon, guests learned about our family-owned winery, the stories behind our wines, and what makes the Hunter Valley one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions.

The Curated Sip was a wonderful opportunity to connect with both wine lovers and art enthusiasts, highlighting the creativity, craftsmanship, and community that make our region so special. The relaxed gallery atmosphere encouraged guests to slow down, savour each tasting, and experience wine from a different perspective.
